Olmer Gender Reveal - Redmond Event Photographer

I have enjoyed these last few months greatly in that they have given me many new opportunities. One chance in particular came about when I was able to photograph a close friends gender reveal! Love such an exciting event.

The day was filled excitement for those of us that didn't know. We got the chance to cast our votes of boy or girl... as you can see it was an even vote!

We all awaited the colored balloons that would soon be released...

It's a BOY! We were so excited to finally see those colored balloons.

This amazing couple is so excited to be parents and I am so excited for them! Little baby boy Olmer is going to be one loved little one! Congrats Jesse and Hana!!!!

Guilford Family - Port Orchard Family Photographer

Washington weather can be so very unpredictable. To have a sunny day in December is pretty rare. But, we were lucky enough to have a perfect photo day. Was a bit cold but no rain in sight!

This is the second time I have gotten to photograph this wonderful family! And I am amazed at how quickly their little ones have grown. There is no way that six months have passed, yet looking at the kiddos it sure is true.

This round we even got to include their dog Roxy. She was a very pretty puppy!

Such beautiful eyes! These two were very fun to take photos of!

I had such a great time getting to catch up a little bit with this great family and hope for many more times in the future watching them grow! Thanks for enduring the cold and Merry Christmas Guilfords!

Turner Family - Tacoma Family Photographer

There are a few people in my life that when I look back I know our paths crossed in such a God orchestrated way. This beautiful lady and I have known each other for nearly 10 years. We met at training for a job in Bellevue. We both were going to be working in different cities, yet we hit it off and kept in contact.

I am so grateful time has strengthened our relationship. That our kiddos are getting to grow together. And we share so many similar passions.

One really fun aspect of our little session was having my husband along. These smiles aren't because I'm funny... my other half is dancing and singing behind me. Sometimes I wish I had a camera behind me as well!

So much fun taking photos of such a precious family! Love you Turners!

I have visions of Christmas - Allyn Family Photographer

The more chances I get to be trusted with pictures of a family the more I fall in love with this profession! I am surrounded by so many encouraging, loving and all around amazing people. Some of which I was able to spend some great time with around Thanksgiving.

Can you believe how big this little one is getting. I knew when I started taking photos of her I would be seeing her first year through my lens. I am always shocked to look at the next set of photos... she is so beautiful and growing like a weed.

Every so often I have reflected on some of the people I am thankful for in my life and this little family is definitely one of them. I  am grateful to not only spend time taking their photos on a regular basis, but they are friends I thank God for often!

With the holiday season comes the joy of family. I know everyone has differing opinions regarding the increase of time with families and whether they enjoy it or not... I love my family so much and  was so very excited to get to capture some photos of a few of them this last holiday weekend.

This group was hilarious and I had so much fun spending time with them. We were visited by a cat for most of our adventure, which brought out some great smiles, but the laughter was easy with this group... you can tell they laugh together often.

Being able to spend time with so many great people often reminds me of those in my life I am blessed to call family. This lady and her family are ones I think of often. I don't know how to express it sometimes, but even writing about them now brings a smile to my face and warms my heart.

I hope and pray everyone is surrounded by loved ones this holiday season and that it is one filled with laughter and the joy that only family and friends can bring!

Getting back into the swing of things - Belfair Family Photographer

Starting to ease back into life after baby...
I know life will never be the same, but I am so glad to be back enjoying the company of some amazing families. My first session was with this super cute little man and his growing family.

As you can see by the awesome sign his daddy made, he is about to be a big brother. His little sister is sure to be well looked after!

This adorable family braved the cold and some initial fog at the beginning of our session. Even though it was a little tough to get this little man to smile, he did give us some occasional happy faces!

Thank you again Paysse family for a wonderful morning and a great introduction back into something I love doing!

Wallace Family

My last session before my little ones makes her arrival.... hopefully soon, was with a family that I have grown to love so very much! The Wallace family has been one of the families I have gotten to see their little one grow and capture some of those milestone moments.

Malachi is 18 months old and becoming a very fun one to photograph! He had many o' dance session during our time and loved just running around! He is alllll boy!

He is also very full of personality which you can probably tell by the face he is giving daddy. They are such beautiful family and I was so happy to get their session in during some of the sunny October weather!

I can never seem to explain how blessed I am by the images I capture. Life is something to be lived and enjoyed. I know my sessions aren't always posing... but sometimes capturing what happens during and in between poses... I admit those moments are my favorite. Proof in this last photo. But, then again you can't really pose an 18 month old can you! Thank you Wallace family!

Lilyann Turns One!

There is something about the wonderful weather we had through the beginning of fall that made photo session so unique. The lack of worry about weather allowed for some really great opportunities!! One such was this young lady's first birthday photos!

We were able to spend a morning at Manchester State Park. Not a normal occurrence for an October morning. Lilyann is such a happy little girl and I can tell as she grows she is going to have such a sweet spirit.

Love this photo of mommy and little one!

One really amazing thing about this little girl was the variety of faces! She was such a crack up! She was dancing, getting into everything and did not hesitate one bit in making friends with Chloe.

"Two... here I come!"
